• All payment is handled via Paypal and as such we do not store any credit or debit card details

Refund and Return Policy

All orders recieved before 2pm that day will dispatched same day.Orders recieved after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.Our next working day delivery applies to most U.K postcodes but customers are advised to call first and check network coverage and timescales. Standard next working day delivery is £9.99 for all batteries.Some scottish/ireland/iom/iom postcodes do not apply and customers are again advised to check first.

All items returned as unsuitable must be returned within 7 days of purchase.It is the customers responsibility to return the item in good working order and at the customers expense.In the unlikley event of a faulty battery being returned this will carried out by oursleves and all logistics and costs incured by Alpha Batteries Ltd.All faulty returns will be tested and a replacement will be offered.
